Solar Systems

Whether you have an active, closed loop solar water heater,  drain back hot water system or some other configuration, that is used to supplement the home hot water requirements, or as a supplemental pool or spa water heater, or whether the system is to supplement home heating requirements, it is wise to include that solar heating system as part of the home inspection prior to making that ever important decision to buy.

For those selling a home, an inspection offers that added assurance that the system functioning as stated in your legal disclosure statement.

And for those investors, or property managers, having these systems inspected on a regular basis can help contain expensive repair or replacement costs.
