Paying For An Inspection Is Easy

 And Can Be Accomplished In Any Of The Following Methods
 

Home Inspections:

• Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit or debit cards, or by a personal check with a check guarantee card.
• Payment may be made at the time of inspection or by phone if you are unable to attend the inspection summary.
• If a home inspection is requested by a commercial entity, payment may be made by a corporate credit card or by company check.

Commercial Inspections:

• Payments may be made with any corporate credit card or by company check.

SECURITY

At Beneath The Shadows Home Inspections, LLC  we take your financial transaction and data security seriously.  Whenever a payment is made by a credit or debit card, you can be assured that we have implemented the latest industry security standards, and  have selected the appropriate companies who share in this commitment.

These companies:

• Provide merchants with industry leading security features as part of their service.
• Adhere to and are compliant with both strict internal security policies and industry security initiatives.
• Utilize industry-leading technologies and protocols, such as 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
• Are Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard certified

When Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time of the inspection, the cards are scanned and read by the state of the art card reader, coded, and transmitted to a secure processing facility for approval.

When payment is made over the phone, the card number is manually entered and then transmitted to the secure processing facility for approval.  At Beneath The Shadows Home Inspections, LLC, no numbers are ever recorded or saved.  A manually printed receipt will be issued for your records.

Payment Terms

Home Inspections:

• Payment is due prior to the beginning of the inspection, or at the conclusion summary of the inspection, whichever best suites the customer.

Commercial Inspections:

• Payments are due net 30 days after completion of inspection and report submission.
