REQUESTING AN INSPECTION IS EASY
Just follow the 5 easy steps listed below
1.0 Select the date and time you need the inspection. The calendar below will help in your
selection.
2.0 Complete the Inspection Request Form and e-mail it back to me. If your busy and don’t have
time to complete the form, just call me, I will quickly get your information and fill out the form
for you.
3.0 I will need a signed copy of the Inspection Agreement prior to beginning the inspection. This
can be accomplished in either of the following methods.
a. A copy of the inspection agreement can be downloaded and printed from my web page,
and brought to the inspection, or mailed directly to
Beneath The Shadows Home Inspections, LLC.
b. If you’re too busy, just call me, or send me an E-mail, I will have a form available for your
signature at the inspection.
4.0 I will call and confirm your appointment, and review the applicable fees.
5.0 Payment can be made with a major credit card (Visa, Master card, Discover) at the time
of the inspection, or by phone prior to the inspection. Payment may also be made by a
personal check at the time of the inspection
